When returning an item in the mail, it is advisable to return your items in an insured, traceable method to guarantee a safe delivery. One-of-a-kind.store.com does not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost in the mail.

FOREIGN ORDERS
All USA and European orders will arrive between 7–10 days.
Australia and South America will arrive within 12–15 days.
One of a Kind will not be responsible for any duties or taxes on foreign orders.

One-of-a-kind.store.com will allow orders to be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing an order. There will be no refunds of shipping and handling charges for orders cancelled after 30 minutes.

Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

If we receive your returned merchandise within 7 days of the date you received your order, oneofakindcm.com.com will be happy to offer a full refund for the original purchase price. Merchandise can be returned for a web or store credit for 14 days, beginning from the date you received your order. There can be no returns after 14 days. Returns will only be accepted for merchandise that has not been laundered, altered, or worn. All merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the Return and Exchange Form. Upon receipt of the items to our warehouse your return will be issued within 7–10 business days. The refund will be applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase, or, as mentioned above, a web credit will be issued. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items.
Please Note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
